Professor Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis (PCM), the father of Indian Statistics developed a new section, named "˜Museum" in the library of the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata in the early 1950s, aiming preservation and depiction of the growth and development of statistical science in India, history and operations of the Institute. This initiative was taken by PCM and the legacy is still continuing. This year is the year of the Professors 50th death anniversary; PCMMM&A has organized an exhibition on Professor's participation and contribution in various exhibitions over the years, this exhibition entitled "Exhibition On Exhibitions": Remembering Professor Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis on his 50th death anniversary from December 19, 2022 to January 10, 2023 in the Library premise of Indian Statistical Institute Baranagar, Kolkata to pay homage to Professors endeavour as a part of AMI festival being organized by KCC.
