Process:

• The companies are required to mail us the filled up Campus Recruitment Form (CRF) at plccom [at] isical.ac.in (Form is available at our website ).
• The job role(s) and exact salary details must be mentioned. If any range is mentioned, we will consider the lower limit as the salary committed by the company.
• The companies will be called for placements in different slots. We allocate the slots based on the salary and interest of the students.
• Each placement slot will span over a few days in a week and in any given slot there may be multiple companies interviewing the available pool of students.
• The tests/interviews will be conducted outside class hours or on weekends.
• Student shortlisted by the company will be allowed to proceed with the interview process only if (s)he belongs to the available pool.
• The company must declare the offer(s) before the end of the slot.
• In addition to students provided an offer, companies are required to provide a list of waitlisted candidates in case any of the selected students decline the offer due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The salary should also be re-confirmed at the time of making the offer to any student and it should not be less than the salary committed before.
• If a student gets one or more jobs in a slot, (s)he will have to choose one and (s)he will not be allowed to appear for any interviews in the subsequent slots.
• In case of any special conditions, like fixed time bond, these must be specifically mentioned in the Campus Recruitment Form.
• Student, who has received and accepted any offer through the placement committee, will be allowed to appear only for companies offering at least 1.3 times the highest paid offer, where the highest paid offer is considered to be the one with maximum fixed pay and guaranteed allowances.

Pre-placement talks and screening tests:

The pre-placement talks and/or screening tests must be conducted before the placement process, according to mutually convenient dates, without conflicting classes and examinations.
