Cine 2020 | Registration

The signature of the authorship i.e. name of the authors, their affiliations and their order in the paper cannot be changed, once the camera-ready paper submission deadline is over. At least one author per paper has to register for the Conference. The registered author must present the paper in the conference for getting the paper to be submitted in IEEEXplore. Otherwise your paper will be removed from the conference proceedings.

Indian Authors (Academics/Industry Professionals):	8000 INR
Non-author Participants (Academics):	1500 INR
Non-author Participants (Industry):	2500 INR
International Authors:	300 USD
Tutorials (Students/Research Scholars):	1000 INR
Tutorials (Academics/Industry Professionals):	2500 INR

*If an author has multiple accepted papers in 4th CINE conference, he/she needs to pay additional 5000 INR (Indian Authors)/150 USD (International Authors) for the next paper along with the original registration amount (for all types of author participants)

Students from SAARC Countries will get 20% discount on their author registration fees. They need to pay in USD as per the registration table.

Important Notes:

Author Registration charges include Publication in IEEE Xplore, one Bag, one Writing Pad with Pen, Coffee Breaks and Lunch on the Conference Days.
Non-author Registration charges include one Folder, one Writing Pad with Pen, Coffee Breaks and Lunch on the Conference Days.
Each accepted paper needs registration by at least one of its authors for publication in IEEE Xplore.
All registration fees specified, are excluding bank charges.
If any author has multiple papers accepted, then he/she has to register for each paper separately.
Authors permanently residing (working) in India can only make payments in INR.
All other authors including Indians currently residing or working in other countries should make payments in USD.
The conference registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions.
The accompanying author(s) has to register by paying the full registration fees under the category of authors.
This fee is transferable to another author in case there is a change in the presenting author.
Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel expenses.
